Privacy notice

Updated October 25, 2026.

Browser-only progress

Your character plans, materials, and checklists are saved in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes those local copies. Loading an account profile also keeps a local backup of the previous browser plan.

Optional accounts

If you create an account, we store your username, a salted password hash, and the plans you choose to save to your account. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Sign out on shared computers. No email address is required, and creating an account does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Account data is retained for continued access; self-service account deletion and password recovery are not currently available.

Hosting and external services

The site runs on ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which may process connection details and operational logs. Sign-in attempts use a hashed network-address identifier for rate limiting. Game icons load from Wowhead’s image service, and item previews use Wowhead Forever data. Those providers receive the network information needed to respond to requests. Clicking external links takes you to a different provider’s website and privacy practices.

Sharing plans

A share link contains a snapshot of the plan, including any character names and notes. Anyone with the link can read that snapshot. Do not include private information in shared notes.

Advertising

This site is being prepared for Google AdSense verification. Ad-serving scripts and ad units are not currently enabled. If Google advertising is enabled later, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads. The site’s advertising disclosures and applicable consent settings must be updated before ads are enabled.

You can manage Google personalized advertising at My Ad Center, and learn how Google handles partner-site data at Google’s partner-site privacy page.

Your browser controls

You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser. This signs you out and removes browser-only plans, but does not delete a saved server account. Export a share link or save to your account before clearing data you want to keep.
